- Gulen schools around the world train their students to compete in regional competitions which are sponsored by local Gulenist Turkish "cultural" organizations. The winners of these regional events proceed to the International Turkish Olympiad, an annual Gulenist pageant held in Turkey each summer. Here are Gulen charter school students competing in the Greater Kansas City Raindrop Turkish House 4th Annual Turkish Language Olympiads Missouri Finals in 2010.
